Job Opportunities for Building Success
Funded by the Department of Labor, JOBS is a comprehensive program that offers free education and training opportunities, sustainable employment, and supportive services to current justice-involved individuals facing barriers to employment.
Job Readiness and Specialized Training
Training is tailored to each individual, covering essential modules such as financial and digital literacy, cultural sensitivity, vocational exploration, and interview skills. Additionally, participants gain access to specialized training and certifications, including CDL, OSHA-30, ServSafe, Paralegal or IT credentials.
Job Placement & Retention Support
Participants receive support in finding and securing sustainable employment, including help with background checks, job applications, and ongoing guidance throughout the hiring and retention process.
Supportive Services
Services include: bus passes, work clothing, hygiene products, haircuts, assistance with obtaining identification and other items needed for a successful employment start.
